Biography These transferable process improvement skills benefited me as I moved on to work at several third-party administrators (TPAs) in positions such as Director of Customer Service, managing a 150 seat call center, and Implementation/Project Manager, developing a team of people on the finesse of providing a nearly seamless transition of business from one company to another. Having spent many years working in operations and project management, I took the next logical step by moving into a sales position where I sold group medical insurance for several years. After having worked my way through the health insurance field it became evident to me that I was ready to take my career in a whole new direction, and thus launch my own business, Courageous Conversations. I started Courageous Conversations so I could focus on my strengths and passion which are in working with people and helping them develop the skill-sets necessary to take calculated risks, follow through on their decisions and become accountable for their decisions. This in turn creates a strong, confident and successful person and an excellent leader or team player. It takes courage to want to make a significant change in one’s life. And it takes courage to seek out assistance and to share personal information in an effort to create a new direction in life. I am prepared and excited to offer you the guidance and support needed to help you make the necessary changes to become that strong, confident person you were meant to be.
